The complete package
One partner for the driver and the paperwork
The drivers remain our employees. Everything about employment, pay and posting papers is our job, not yours.
Wages and per diems
We pay wages and per diems for days worked abroad, under the posting rules of the country of work.
A1 certificate
We obtain the A1 certificate from the Romanian pension authority (CNPP): social security stays in Romania.
Posting declarations
We file posting declarations before work starts (IMI portal or the German customs Meldeportal, as applicable).
Papers ready for checks
The driver carries everything a roadside check may ask for: A1, posting declaration, contract, licence with Code 95 and tachograph card.
One partner, in German
Planning, changes and any issue are handled with us, directly in German. We look after the driver.

Under the staff leasing contract the driver drives your trucks but remains employed by ROGER PERSONAL. The obligations under the employment contract stay with us.

Who employs the driver?
