What companies ask us
Is this staff leasing?
Yes. ROGER PERSONAL is a temporary work agency. The driver remains our employee and is assigned to your company under a staff leasing contract.
What are our obligations as the user company?
Very few. The employment contract, wages, per diems, social security and posting papers are our responsibility. You give work instructions, ensure health and safety at the workplace and confirm the hours.
What if a driver is absent?
Let us know and we immediately look for a replacement. Leave and absences are handled by us.
How is the rate set?
Based on profile, country and duration. You receive a clear written quote with no hidden fees.
Do the drivers speak German?
It varies by driver and we tell you honestly. Communication with your company is handled by us, in German.
